"Mrs. Paine, I hope you don't mind my commenting. I have read your Blog for quite some time (and anonymously, while you were posting on Live Journal) and figured it was about time I made myself known. :-) I have to tell you, that your posts, insight and even the little family tid bits are an inspiration to me, not only with your walk but as a feminine Godly woman. May I also say you are a beautiful woman inside and out. Your Husband and Daughter are truly blessed. Your middle name is Nicole? Crystal Nicole...What a beautiful name! You certainly live up to it! Thank you and continue to be you! -Jessica"
Jessica,
Thanks so much for commenting and thanks for your encouragement. Anything good you see in me is thanks to my Heavenly Father and my earthly parents. I am blessed and therefore, I want to be a blessing. I have a long way to go to be the feminine, Godly woman I desire to be, but God is gracious!

If you have yet to comment or email me and you read this blog, I'd just LOVE to hear from you. I love receiving comments, emails, and questions. Like I've said before, the more you write and comment, the more it inspires me to post. :) If you are a regular blog reader and have not introduced yourself, comment and tell me a little about yourself and where you're from. If you'd rather, you are welcome to email me this information. The last time I did this, it was so fun and encouraging and since my daily hits have doubled since then, I thought it was time to ask again.
Also, I have a question for everyone to answer: Do I post too much? This is not a self-serving question, but something I really have been wondering about. This blog is the outlet for many of my thoughts and rants and since I seem to sometimes have an overactive brain (which is why I can't sleep some nights because I just have too many things I want to think about-- not always a pleasant problem to have!), I know that I often will post multiple posts throughout the day (as many as 10 or more sometimes, without even meaning to!). I was wondering whether this made it almost overwhelming. I want people to enjoy coming to this blog, not be so overwhelmed by new posts that they just leave! So, honest answers would be appreciated.

Hi Crystal! I read your blog sometimes. :-) I don't know about too much; I don't read every post. I usually just skim it. Some of the stuff you post is really helpful; thank you!
God bless,
Dakota
I have the same problem! Seemingly you are the only one I've found so far that has an overactive brain. My wheels are always turning about a million miles a minute, which is frustrating because when I ask my boyfriend what he is thinking, he always says 'nothing'.
I read regularly...different points of view interest me.
Hi Crystal- I check your blog most days, and the abundance of posts is one reason that I read so regulary- I love that the content is so frequently updated, and I've read quite a bit from others' sites & blogs from tracking the many links in your posts. I pretty much read everything & like that you post on so many different topics :)
Hi Crystal! I found your blog from Carmon's blog a couple of weeks ago. i really enjoy your posts and the frequency. I appreciate your wisdom and you are an encouragement to me as I raise our daughter to be a godly woman.
A little about myself. I am 35, the mother of 3 (for now) 16, 13, & 1. I have been married to the love of my life for almost 18 years.
Blessings to you and your family,
Heather
Dear Crystal,
I have just found your blog, but I have visited every day, I think, for a couple weeks, and read all of your archives! I remember reading your courtship story on Ladies Against Feminism a long time ago, and it was just a huge encouragement to me, so I was so excited to find your blog and be able to know how you are doing. Your daughter is beautiful. I'm so happy for you. I have been challenged by your example, and I am actually trying to start a schedule of my own, even though I'm a single girl still living at home. I really appreciate the biblical way you look at life, and your willingness to defend that point of view against traditional ones. Keep up - everything!
To God be all glory,
Lisa
I check your blog out pretty much daily .... I comment when I have something to add. :-)
No ... you don't post too much .... I like reading your entries! :-)
Hi Crystal,
I stop by your blog whenever I'm able. I always enjoy your posts and appreciate the firm-but-often-unpopular stand you take. :)

Hello Crystal! :)
I read regularly, don't always post, but always reading. You keep right on posting frequently.
BTW, I am a HS'ing mom of 5 kids, and strive to be a Titus 2 lady.
Hi Crystal,
I've been reading your articles (from LAF) and now your blog. I'm a 22 yr/old, recent college grad, living at home and teaching afternoon kindergarten at a Christian school where my dad also teaches. Your posts are very encouraging and edifying. I hope to one day be married and raise a family of godly children. Many blessings!! Katie
NO - you don't post too often! ;-)
I enjoy reading it all!
Yes Crystal, quit posting so much!!!!!! You make me read and think too much! Hee hee. Love, C.
:-)
Well, Cheryl, if you want me to stop posting, you have to come visit me more so that I'm busy and don't have any time to be on the computer!! ;) You can come over and drink herbal tea with me and I'll fix a big mixed green salad for us to eat (will that go with your new diet plan??!!!). :)
I think you could post even more! :) I always enjoy it!
Hi, I read your blog as much as I can. It;s very encouraging to me! I live in Northern Ca and am 20 years old. I'm also a twin! =) Jaclynn is my sister's name.. you may have seen her around here too. =)
I don't think you post too much.....
I'm another one that enjoys reading every entry you post!! I don't think there are too many at all; I'm always excited when I come here and find a bunch more of them. :)
I also wanted to thank you for the post on overcoming clutter . . . that was especially inspiring to me as we just moved, and unfortunately a lot of our "piles" of clutter moved with us! After reading it yesterday afternoon, I got up and started sorting through papers. I got a lot thrown out! There's still a lot to do, but it felt good to get a start. I'm also working on trying to remember to put "everything in its place." Thanks for all the help and encouragement, and for sharing your heart on all kinds of topics.
Don't be silly! If you were a terrible writer, I'd say yes, but you're a wonderfully articulate, thoughtful woman who has clear reasons for her beliefs; how could you possibly write too much? :)
When I read, I feel like I'm sitting down to talk to someone with whom I don't always agree, but respect very much, and that's valuable to me. Your blog is unique in that it has fostered a sort of ongoing, very stimulating conversation between yourself and the commentators; for that reason alone I find that I MUST read it daily!
:)Alice
I agree with all of thease lovely ladies in that you don't post to often at all! I enjoy the Multipule posts.
I also read daily.
Jessica S.
No Crystal, you don't post too much.
I enjoy finding something new to read nearly every time I "drop by". :)
Hi Crystal!
I read daily and love it. I am always anxious for the next post,LOL! So, no you don't post too much for me :-)
Melissa
I have been reading here often but just started commenting thanks to our wonderful new DSL! :)
My name is Julie and I have been married five years in December and am a fostermom to five beautiful children. I do home preschool with two of them and hope to soon be able to homeschool my oldest two after they are adopted.
I like to stop by here often and see what you have written. I dont think you post too much.
Julie
Hi Crystal, NO you do not post too much. I truly enjoy reading your ideas.
I'm 38, married for four years, Mamma to two sons, both adopted as newborns, ages 2 and almost 7 weeks.
Crystal,
I've been reading your blog for a while and I really enjoy it! I first found your website (Biblical Womanhood Online)through LAF. I am a 21 year old young lady who hopes to one day be a wife and mother. I think it's neat that you are 23 and have a 6 year old brother. When I'm 23, I'll have a 6 year old sister.
God bless,
Amy
I have been to your blog a couple times and do, for the most part, identify and enjoy your writing. However I would caution you to be careful of being at home while still not keeping your home. Priorities. If your husband and daughter are not being left behind in any way, then I wouldn't worry about it.
Lord Bless,
A sister in Christ
