This is Lisa Whelchel's story. Not necessarily an autobiography, but rather a collection of lessons she has learned throughout her life, this book was an encouragement to me in my walk with the Lord. I especially appreciated Lisa's candid writing on mistakes she's made in her past and how the Lord gave her the grace to stand up for the truth, even if it meant she would lose money, her reputation, or even her job because of it.
