Lazy Granola

This is my favorite granola recipe. It is the easiest one you will ever find!

Lazy Granola

Mix 1/2 cup each of brown sugar, oil, and honey in a saucepan. Bring to a low boil. Add 1 tsp. cinnamon and 2 tsp. vanilla. Pour over 7 cups of oats in a large pan. Stir until coated. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes. Take out and stir. Put pan back in over, turn off, and go to bed.

I used to make that often in the morning. But, I found out that the kids prefer crunchy granola... :D

This sounds a lot like my granola recipe... and it is probably crunchy when it is cooled?? Mine has more ingredients, though... because granola is the easiest place for me to add things like nuts, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, flaxseed, etc. to our diet :D

does the finished product have a soft or crunchy texture? I love making baked muesli but like it crunchy over soft so thought I'd ask.

Thank you! I've been looking for an easy granola recipe. I'll echo the others' question: is it crunchy? I like it crunchy. :)
