30 Minute Rolls

A few people have asked for my roll recipe recently, so I'm posting it here for everyone.
This is the best and easiest roll recipe we have ever found. I have literally made thousands of these! If you do not have time to make bread, you can at least make rolls!

Mix in a large bowl:

3½ cups warm water

1 cup oil

½-3/4 cup honey

4 Tbsp. dry yeast

Then add:

3 eggs

1 Tbsp. salt

10-10 ½ cups flour (any combination of white and/or whole-wheat)

3 Tbsp. dough enhancer (optional)

Knead about 5 minutes. Shape into rolls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Let rise for 10-20 minutes. Bake for 9-10 minutes at 425°.

Hi Crystal, The roll recipe looks great. Just curious, approximately how many rolls does it make? Thanks.

Yes, Crystal, we use your recipe a lot, too, since you mentioned it awhile back. Thanks for posting it.

These are great rolls!
I forgot to start bread last night for lunch today, and saw this recipe as I was making blog rounds. They were so easy.
Thank you for sharing this, Crystal!

That looks like a lot of flour...do these make a whole ton of rolls? I too, would like to know how many! Also, do they freeze well? Thanks, Crystal:o)

Erin :) I'm used to cooking for 9 people or more, so I forget that not everyone usually makes things in such large quantities. :) It makes around 48-50 rolls. It is pretty easy to half the recipe, but I always just do it as is and freeze what we can't eat in a few days' time.
