Bread Machine Recipes, Anyone?
Here's one recipe I'm anxious to try (maybe I'll make it today it looks so good and I love Cinnabons!). Not that healthy, but it sure looks yummy!
Cinnabon’s for the Breadmachine
DOUGH CYCLE
1 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
4 TB. melted butter
7 TB. water
1 box instant vanilla pudding (3.4 oz. box)
4 c. bread flour
1 TB. sugar
½ tsp. salt
2 ½ tsp. yeast
FILLING
½ c. butter, softened
1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
¼ c. chopped walnuts, optional
¼ c. raisins, optional
FROSTING (Real Cinnabon Frosting)
4 oz. cream cheese, room temp
¼ c. butter, softened
1 ½ c. powdered sugar
½ tsp. vanilla
1 ½ tsp. milk (add more milk to desired consistency)
3 TB. real maple syrup
Roll dough to 17 x 10 inches. Combine first three filling ingredients and mix well. Heat in microwave 10 sec. to make it spreadable. Spread over rolled out dough with rubber spatula. Get as close to the edges as possible. sprinkle nuts or raisin over dough. Starting with the widest end, roll the dough into a tight log. Cut into ½ - 1” pieces. Place in a lightly greased 9 x 13 (11x15 would be better) baking dish with sides. Put in a draft free place and allow to rise until double. (I turn my oven on warm and place them inside. When the temp. light goes off, turn the oven off.) Bake @ 350* for 15 - 20 minutes. When rolls are done frost. Makes 20 rolls.

Oooooooh did you try it???? How did it turn out????
I made these yesterday - they turned pretty good.
One thing that didn't seem right was that after the dough cycle in the bread machine, I was taking out the dough, and it was like a thick batter! It just poured out on the counter...I had to scrape it up and put in my mixer and add another cup or so of flour. Even then it was still a bit sticky. Did you have this problem?
Besides that, I liked the recipe!:)
I've made this recipe twice since you posted it. We don't have a bread machine so I just made it like a regular cinnamon dough recipe. They tasted just like the real Cinnabons and everyone loved them!
