Blushing...

Word to the wise:

Never answer the phone and assume it is your husband -- even if the caller ID reads exactly the same as his office.

I'm just glad it was a wrong number and not someone else from his office...

Don't ask.

We've all done something like that. :) Things like that make up the spice of life!

Good to see your comment C.A.! I have been wondering about you and even asked Crystal if she knew how you were. Glad to see you're back!

I did this just this week! I put on a pretend British accent and said in a very dramatic voice, "Lady of the House Speaking!" It was his secretary...oops! Now she knows what a silly person I am!

Yes, and a closely related principle:
When hubby calls you from the office, even if he's calling from his cell phone, make sure your conversation is appropriate for speaker phone.

OOOOOOHHH!! I want to know about this one! This was funny...brought back some hilarious memories... : ) Like when we were little and you thought it was Dad on the phone... And then the one time you called Jesse and accidentally dialed the wrong number but didn't realize it until later in the conversation... :D :D You are TOO funny!

LOL, =)
We've had a few situations like that.... like where my dad called and was talking to me and thought he was talking to my Mom. ;-) or where a friend called and thought they were talking to my mom but it was me again!
A friend of ours had the phone ring and thought it was her husband but it wasn't. She had talked to him for close to a minute and then found out it was a guy friend of theirs. OOPS..... from what I heard, it was rather embarrassing for her.
