I love those shirts. I once saw a woman at the Scottish Games with one that said, "Birth Control is For Sissies". Quite a statement to wear in the San Francisco Bay Area!! I told her how much I liked and we had a little laugh about it :)
Interesting! I am not sure I quite agree with the sentiment, however. Since marrying, I've changed my views and convictions on birth control, though I would never use hormonal bc. I think there's more to "letting God plan your family" than doing what is most natural, ie, no birth control or planning whatsoever.
Of course, I could go on and on, but... :) Let each man be fully persuaded in his own mind and ultimately led by His Spirit.
Wow. To me that seems like an incredibly rude message. I can only imagine the many wonderful people that might be offended by it. Yukk. (and I have six kids and am not a big fan of birth control)
I think the shirt is funny and is good for getting people to think about a touchy subject. No one seems to think twice about making snide comments about the number of children I have (4). It would be nice to have a response without having to say a word. I don't think it is rude at all. Birth control is just that....YOU controlling something that God should be controlling. It is hard to find things these days that aren't considered offensive to some group --- even the Bible is considered offensive. So the shirt is in good company.
I Have the shirt that says " birth control is for sissies" I have gotten many laughs from it. Nobody hs ever been offended by it. ( I think everybody realizes it is in good fun)

I saw a celebrity wearing a shirt like that in a pregnancy magazine recently - I love it! (And I love Skye, too! :-D)
