Just put the picture in your post and then highlight and click the button you usually use to put a live link in your post and type in the link. And there you have it.
Don't worry, HTML is so complex. I'm still pretty clueless about a lot of things. It has taken me years to even learn enough to do basic website stuff. Keep plugging away and little by little you'll learn!
