I also highly recommend "The Well Trained Mind" by Susan Wise-Bauer. On my wish list is "Recovering the Lost Tools of Learning" by Dorothy Sayers.
I read this book this summer...truly inspiring!
What an excellent site you have here! I am just beginning to enjoy all the good reads you have. I will definitely be back.Thank you!
Douglas Wilson has that essay of Sayers as an appendix to his masterpiece _Recovering the Lost Tools of Learning_, essential reading for anyone interested in classical Christian education
Just wanted to stop in and say hello and introduce myself. I have been enjoying your site and thank you for your information:)
