From my inbox...
I wanted to take a few minutes to thank you for the Biblical womanhood website, and especially your blog. It has been a great encouragement to me. I am also a homeschool grad now raising (and homeschooling) my own family. I have never worked outside the home. I married young, moving from the protection of my parents' home into my home with my husband. I, too, did not go to college. For several years, I was made to feel as though I had missed something by choosing to marry right after finishing high school. There was an attitude of superiority among certain groups of people who had gone to Christian college, as though they felt I didn't quite measure up to their standards. This bothered me at first, but eleven years and four children later, I feel it is a moot point. I am doing what the Lord has called me to do, and I am perfectly content with that. I am serving Him by making a home for my family, serving my husband, and raising my children, and I can't think of any job more rewarding or fulfilling. -K.M.
