Review: The Scarlet Thread

When The Scarlet Thread emailed me a few months back to see if I would consider adding them to our modest clothing links page, I mentioned that I'd be glad to review something from them on my blog if they were interested. Just weeks later, I received a box in the mail from them with not one but FIVE lovely items in it. I honestly was almost speechless with their generosity and the beauty of their handmade clothes.

I've fallen in love with my Edwardian apron. The artistic embroidered motifs add such a special touch. Kathrynne's nightgown is precious and reminiscent of olden days. She looks like a little doll in it. They also sent an beautiful dress for myself and Kathrynne and an apron for Kathrynne. I can hardly wait for Kathrynne to grow into the dress and apron - they are too cute!

If you like feminine clothes with an old-fashioned flair, you will love these beautiful clothes. Each is meticulously sewn with special details. I highly recommend The Scarlet Thread and can whole-heartedly endorse their fine craftsmanship. Be sure to check out all the wonderful offerings on their website.

I was surprised to see this review... I posted a review for The Scarlet Thread on our blog recently (after receiving a 3 piece outfit that we ordered for our daughter. We love it!)
