lol With 4 kids, I can't tell you how many photos we have like that over the last 12 years. Just wait until you find photos of odd angles of chairs, piano keys up close & personal, the kitchen counter with all the crumbs under the toaster... I even had a picture of the toliet one time! I still don't have a clue when (or who!) snapped that one.
Now that mine are older (12,9,6,3) I find sun rises, Lego creations, neat rocks and other fascinating things.
Enjoy. It's like a surprise package waiting to show up!
Amy lol Yeah, it's good to know I'm not alone too! I still don't have a clue who took it. It must be something related to Lemmings and the sea. All that water swirling around must remind them of the ocean. ;)
Hi Crystal I read your blog frequently, but I don't comment that often. I hear ya about the Christmas decorations, I am 6 weeks pregnant and for the last two weeks I was feeling horribly, awful. I got some great advice from my wonderful blog friends, they all said to eat a TON of protein!!! As unappetizing as that sounds, I finally decided to try it, WOW!!!, it has done wonders for me. I feel soooo much better. Today for breakfast I had a banana, 1 piece of whole grain sprouted bread, 1 egg, and 1 piece of free-range turkey sausage. I feel better today than I have felt in a long time and I credit to the high protein food. I hope this might help you.
Hi, Amatthia! Protein definitely helps, but for me, it most certainly doesn't take away morning sickness. I learned the hard way last time that carbs and sugars make me much more sick so I've pretty much completely stayed away from sugar, especially fruit (fruit seems to be one of my worst triggers, actually), and all carbs but complex carbs. This past week, I've been living on eggs, Ezekiel bread toasted, lentil and brown rice casserole, and organic salad greens with almonds, cheese, and organic chicken. I don't eat a lot of meat so eggs, nuts, legumes, etc. are usually my biggest source of protein. Anyone else have great recommendations for protein? Half my problem is that so many foods I can't bring myself to touch right now and after I find something I can eat, I eat it for a few days and then can't touch it again for awhile.
I did have two better days this week, in which I wasn't horribly sick all day, and that was a huge blessing. And I'm so thankful for the sickness because sickness is usually an indicator of a healthy pregnancy. Sometimes it can be overwhelming to be constantly sick every waking moment of a day, though. However, I made it through five months of this last time around and almost completely forgot about it, so I know "this too shall pass."
She's SO cute!!! (Of course I can brag on my niece, can't I?!!!?) :) I just love her curls. Wow I can't believe she took that herself...that's amazing!
Yeah, Morgan, that would be SO cool if my niece turned out to be a photographer. Talk about fun... :)
