What a sweet picture. I am 26 weeks and 5 days, so we are close. I have been so fatigued since Saturday. Friday starts my third trimester, so I can see why you were so tired, a few days ago.I guess maybe the baby is growing so quickly at this stage that it takes a lot of energy from mom. Blessings!

Awwww!! Finally, a preggy pants picture :)

You look wonderful; I know that looking and feeling are two different things right now, but you look fabulous!

Out of curiousity, have you had to fend off unwanted belly touches? I've gotten to the point where I definitely look pregnant, and people just think it is okay to touch my stomach! How do you address that? I find that I go into Mama Bird mode and want to slap hands, but that definitely isn't a good response....

It's as I suspected, you're one of those adorable-looking pregnant women who only looks pregnant in the belly.

You look lovely!

Wow you are so tiny! I am 30 weeks today and more than twice that size--but this is my fourth. You can see my 28 weeks pic on my blog if you scroll through a few entries.

You look so cute!

You all are so kind! I feel like I have my own cheerleading club! :)

Andrea: Yes, people come up - sometimes total strangers and touch my belly. I think it's just part of the package deal. I just smile and let 'em do it. What else can I do??

Jennifer, I'd love to see your pictures but I can't seem to access your blog from your name link. Wnat to email me the link? I'd love to see preggy pictures from anyone else, too. I'm moving into that stage where I can't seem to get enough preggy talk. I have a feeling you're going to be hearing more and more of it in the next few months as the due date draws nigh!

That is funny about people touching pregnant bellies. I have never had the urge to do this, LOL.
When I was pregnant with my first I thought it was so unusual that strangers would just want to touch my belly. Being preggers with my 6th now I have come to accept that some people just can't help themselves and, honestly, I don't mind at all. It is done out of joy for a new life and I can't fault anybody for that!

I know you are tired but you really do glow and in your picture you look terrific! God bless you!

Everyone told me throughout my pregnancies that I looked so tiny and compact, was glowing and healthy looking, etc. etc. I sure didn't feel that way, though! I think every pregnant woman feels HUGE and ponderous no matter what size she actually is. It's neat that there is such a variety in sizes between us, too.

Just out of curiosity, I was wondering if anyone else has had my experience---with my first pregnancy my body snapped back to normal quickly after birth. This second time around I gained about the same amount of pregnancy weight, exercised alot..basically everything I should do, but have found it more challenging to get back into shape. It's taking months rather than mere weeks this time! :-) Perhaps simply because my tummy had been stretched out once before and so it takes longer to go back again. Hopefully it's not just me!

What a beautiful photo of a wonderful event. You look so charming and full of God's love. I remember those feelings - even the elbow (or foot) in my ribs is something I miss. My husband always said it was like baking bread -- takes time and you have to wait for the "bread of life to rise".

I was in the hospital four months with my last pregnancy and didn't have the chance to show off my belly. I would like nothing more than to have those wonderful feelings again. I just counted the days in ways that God was creating my son - this is the day that he gets eye lashes; this is the day he grows his finger nails. Every little bit is a joy!

May God keep you and your new life in His hands as you finish "baking your bread".

Wow! you look wonderful--I miss those days. My oldest is 18 in a couple of months and my youngest is 14 in 3 days. Enjoy their youth at my stage they are much too interested in everything but their mother. I'm so glad we're still homeschooling or I wouldn't get much time with them.
