A leisurely Sunday afternoon
After a busy, full, and rather draining week, it was so wonderful to head to the park yesterday afternoon for an impromptu Sunday afternoon family picnic of turkey and cheese sandwiches, fruit salad, and iced tea. The weather was just perfect - not too hot, not too cool, sunny, but with a refreshing breeze blowing.
Kathrynne was scared to get too close to the water, but she sure enjoyed sticking a long stick in and splashing! I told Jesse I'd much rather have her be scared of water at this age, than to have no fear of it at all.
Our always-on-the-go little girl!

She's so precious. My munchkin was fearless when it came to water, so that made things a bit difficult.
