Have a little sandwich with your garlic salt and cinnamon

I gave Kathrynne a sandwich to eat a few days ago and then turned around to do something else. Next thing I know, I turned back around and saw this on the stove top:
She had pulled a chair up, gotten into the spice cupboard, and poured garlic salt and cinnamon all over her sandwich. Apparently she was trying to fix up her sandwich like Mommy fixes up her toast - only Mommy uses cinnamon and sugar, not cinnamon and garlic salt!

Ahhh, life with toddlers! They always know just how to do it, they have seen you do it, why not? I think the more children you have the more you have those turn around for a moment and something happens right behind your back!

this is up there with my 6 yearold ruthie girl making momma breakfast in bed. she used ONE WHOLE STICK OF BUTTER for ONE PIECE OF TOAST... She made 2 pieces of toast, so that equals 2 sticks of butter :) she then had a trail all the way up the stairs on the carpet runner, my carpet and my sheets full of butter... thats what i get for trying to sleep in for the summer :)

HAHA! This is too funny! And Crystal, it's a testament to your positive and happy spirit that you saw this as an opportunity to share a laugh with us all, instead of becoming angry and impatient with your little angel. Keep it up!

My son just a few days ago was too sleepy while making his cinnamon toast and used chili powder instead. Aren't kids a barrel of fun?

Just one question: Did she actually try eating it after adding the garlic salt?

She may be permanently cured of ever wanting to add garlic salt to anything. ;)

This was priceless. Thanks for sharing.
