Tuesday review and giveaway: Shopping for Time

From the GirlTalk blog team comes this simple, helpful, and very relevant little volume, Shopping for Time: How to Do it All and Not Be Overwhelmed. As the mom of two littles, any book which promises to tell me how to "do it all and not be overwhelmed" is something I'm interested in looking into. I don't aim to be superwoman, but I can always use more help in the time management department.
In their usual down-to-earth style, the GirlTalk ladies tackle the topic of time management in a very practical and engaging manner. From their encouragement to have our priorities in order and begin the day on the right foundation, to their helpful thoughts on simplifying, planning ahead, and having Biblical friendships, this book is packed with wise words and Biblical advice.
Mary Mohler says, "This book offers no simplistic solutions to the perils of superwoman syndrome. Instead, it deliberately leads women to the bedrock of biblical priorities and then suggests real-life methods by which to apply them."
Whether you feel hopelessly overwhelmed with life or fairly on top of things, you will find Shopping for Time a helpful addition to your library. Best of all, realizing your time is valuable, this book is only 94 pages - small enough to not be daunting to those who have little time to read.
