Frugal Friday: Free money-saving ebooks and VocalPoint
Well, I'd planned to answer a few of the many grocery-shopping related questions I've received this week for Frugal Friday (My email inbox has been flooded with orders and questions. Let me just say, you all really know how to turn out for a sale!!), but we're having company tonight and a garage sale tomorrow and Saturday, so my planned post will just have to wait.Instead of answering some shopping questions, I'll point you to a really great deal I'm sure many of you will want to take advantage of. Living on a Dime is hosting a Back-To-School Extravaganza and just by signing up for their newsletter, you will receive over $300 worth of money-saving ebooks. Go here to sign up!
Secondly, I've been hearing rumors of VocalPoint and the great samples and coupons you can get by signing up there. Andrea confirmed what I'd been hearing when she wrote this week:
I just wanted to let you know about a site that I have become a member of called Vocal Point. It is a site devoted basically to consumer opinions. I get emails and occasionally answer some questionaires about products. In return they have sent me all kinds of free samples and coupons for me and to share. I get coupons for free items that are usually to costly to mail (i.e. I received a coupon for a box of free Kashi cereal and then a handful of money saving coupons to pass out or whatever). In addition, ecently they sent me a free razor and coupons for the replacement head. I also received a free water bottle just for answering a questionnaire on which design I liked best. -Andrea
And lastly, have you gotten your Supermarket Savings 101 course yet?
That's all for now, folks! I look forward to reading your posts below. Remember: Keep them family-friendly, duplicate posts will be deleted, and please be kind enough to post to your Frugal Friday post, instead of your homepage - this makes it much easier for people to find it. Happy Frugal Friday!

I blogged about what I have learned about cloth diapering and my plans to try it--but I've never done it before so anyone who can visit my blog and share their 2 cents, it would be appreciated! Baby is due in little over a WEEK!!!
apparently if you don't have children living at home or are a grandparent focal point isn't interested in your opinion.
I don't have a blog to link to but, I love to join in on the fun for frugal Friday.
Here are some frugal e-newsletters that I get for free that I enjoy thoroughly from other websites. (besides Crystal's)
Living on the Dime- almost daily (Of course!)
Mary Hunt's Everyday Cheapskate- fun read daily
Crown Financial monthly e-newsletter- crown.org
Carolyn Castleberry- Proverbs 31 Investor- (hope that is spelled right)- monthly.
Counting the Cost e-newsletter- twice a month
All of these are fun e-newsletters. They encourage you in so many ways to save and are jammed pack with useful information. Just google and you can go on the websites to see if you would like to subscribe as well. Happy reading to all.

Hi Crystal, I only pressed enter once this time!!! Thanks!!!
I do Vocal Point and BzzAgent. I enjoy both programs, although we've gotten more to test and share with our friends through BzzAgent.
Note that you have to qualify to join Vocal Point. I have no children, so I'm betting that's why I was exluded.
I didn't realize that you had to qualify to be a member of VocalPoint. Thanks to those of you who have let us know that!
thanks for all the great ideas to be frugal...

Has anyone tried the website: mysavings.com? I am looking for some coupons and came across this site, but don't really want to join because I know nothing about it. Or does anyone recommend a coupon site?
Thanks!
Sorry I am so late:(
I'd recommend HerCoupon.com if you're looking for a coupon site for women shoppers.
