Defending Your Faith Family Conference
Is anyone here planning on going to the Defending Your Faith Family Conference in July in Branson, MO?
We're seriously considering attending as it looks like it would be an excellent time of fellowship and learning. Plus, it's very affordable for the whole family to attend, especially if we were to stay in our usual Branson accommodations. As an added bonus, Branson is only a few hours away from where we live so it would be rather convenient.
It would be so much fun to get to meet some of you there!

And don't forget some of us live near Branson already... it would be great to see you again! I haven't heard about the conference at all, but if you come maybe we could get together for a meal or an afternoon hour or something. :-)

We heard/read about this conference early last week, and YES we are considering going! We're excited about it and are willing to make the 13 hour trip! Now to pray and see if that's what God wants to do vs. just jumping up and planning to go!

We are going!!! It is actually our 10th Anniversary, too. We are bringing our infant son (to be born in March) but gma and gpa will keep the other children (ds and dd) for the week.
Where do you stay? We haven't found a place yet and are concerned about the expense of lodging because we are coming from Michigan. We used to live closer to Branson but didn't frequent the area much so we aren't very familiar with the nice/affordable places to stay.

I want to go so badly, but hubby might be taking classes for his new career and if he is we wont be able to get away for that time period. He has promised to take me to see Mr. Voddie speak as soon as he can. LOL
Sounds like a great conference!!! We live just minutes from Branson so this may be a great family conference for us!! Looks really neat!
Here's another Michigan lady who is considering attending this one! It seems so far away....
We are still deciding, but it sure sounds good.
