A Week with Auntie Gretchen: Monday - Day 3
Monday morning Gretchen and I had fun dressing Kathrynne up in a funky outfit--I suppose you could say we had the 80s look going complete with the high ponytail!
We then worked part of the morning on spring-cleaning the Master Bedroom. Kathrynne and I pulled the bed apart and cleaned and vacuumed under it. Well, Kathrynne mostly played "slide" on the mattresses! She didn't want me to put the bed back together!
While we worked on the bedroom, Gretchen cleaned out our bathroom closet. (Don't ask me what the dolly was doing in there!)
Much better!
And Kathrynne and Gretchen had to get a fun picture in the bathroom mirror, too.Labels: Pictures

I am absolutely LOVING this series! You are so blessed to have such a special relationship with your sister!
I am an only child, not by choice, so as I read your posts it gives me great joy that our daughter will have a little brother or sister in September! And I feel so blessed that the Lord has chosen to trust us with another child.
Pictures are always so much fun! And, you probably know this well by know, but Kathrynne looks a lot like her auntie!
it sure looks like y'all are having fun, keep it up, seems like when you get everything moving along with homeschool and housework all in order we forget to stop and smell the roses (and take pictures)

I second Mrs. Pear's comment... your posts with Gretchen make me wish I had a sister!
I am also a little envious of your bathroom "closet." We do not have nearly enough storage in our master bath!
thanks for the pictures you daughter is so cute!

I do not see and noticeable difference in the before and after pictures of your closet, except that the dolly was removed. Could you enlighten me?
Ruth,
We forgot to take a picture before I started cleaning the closet - therefore the "before" picture was taken after I had already started. :) BTW- Sometimes the best cleaning isn't easy to see...i.e. wiping shelves down, throwing things out, organizing according to brands, etc. :)
