Anti-Procrastination Week: Day 3
Note: This is the last day I'll be posting for the Anti-Procrastination series this week as we need to move on to Frugal Friday and some other previously-planned blog posts for the next few days. However, join us next week for an all-out Clear Out The Clutter Challenge! I'll be documenting the cleaning out of extra stuff in our home in preparation for a garage sale. I'd love to have you join me!
The morning began like usual with taking my vitamins, showering and getting dressed to the shoes, and spending some rich time in God's Word.
After breakfast, I tackled the sink piled high with dishes. Pictured above is the beautifully-shiny clean sink which resulted! I love it--even if it only seems to last for less than one hour!
Kathrynne worked on her tracing sheets while I cleaned the kitchen.
Then it was time for a quick pick up and off to level Mt. Neverest. (Where does all this laundry come from?! I always wonder. I think it multiplies in the hamper or dryer or something!)
Ah! Much better!
We then set to work making dinner--fresh green beans, meat loaf, and mashed potatoes were on the menu.
And finally, we rewarded our hard work with a hot chocolate tea party and a good story.

It looks like your weekly planning sessions are paying off so well. I want to take your lead and start doing the same. Even though I am in a different season I think the wisdom of that can still apply to anyone.
Kathrynne looks so adorable as always. Can't wait to read your posts on clearing clutter - I need the inspiration right now.
My anti-procrastination task this week has been going through papers. I have a long way to go but I am making some progress.
There are 3 things that seem to always multiply in the home: dishes, laundry and papers!
Crystal,
You can get the vitamins that you are using cheaper thru iherb.com. They have the exact same ingredients, only they are produced with Now Foods. Super mom is called Now Foods Special Two. Tummy Tuneup is Now Foods Gr8-Dophilus and Ultra 3 Immune is Now Foods, AlliBiotic Non-Drowsy CF. They are much cheaper thru iherb.com.
I thought I'd pass this along to help save you some money!

I have some catching up to do since I just found your blog today. But I have to ask, do you have tea parties every day? Where did this come from? What was your inspiration? I love the idea even though we don't homeschool anymore, it'd be nice to have some quiet time before the hectic times of homework, dinner, baths, etc.
Oooh perfect timing Crystal, I will definately join in on preparing for a garage sale. My husband has been asking me for a month now to get started on clearing out some clutter. I am hoping to encourage my neighbors to join in for a big block garage sale! Our projected date is May
10th so getting started next week would be perfect!
My husband will be so tickled to hear that I am putting this at the top of my to do list!
I am so relieved to see your dishes and laundry piled high too! Thank you for not being too proud to show this. I was beginning to feel like every other mom out there has it all together, while I'm struggling over here to tackle my own never-ending piles!! My sink is ALWAYS full when I go to bed too. Now I don't feel so bad. :) Thanks for this series!
This is rather random, but I'm wondering who the manufacturer of the Noah's Ark teapot is? I haven't seen one, and I have a small Noah's Ark collection. I'll want to keep my eyes out at shops that carry that brand. Sorry this is so unrealated to the topic at hand.
Crystal,
One good thing about your laundry. :o) If indeed it does multiply in the dirty laundry pile, you shouldn't have to purchase new clothes again! Wouldn't that be a great side benefit to having a pile of dirty clothing? ;o)
