Frugal Friday: I'm drawing a blank

Has anyone noticed I've been a little quiet here this week?

Between the ebook sale that is going absolutely gangbusters, a minor car accident I was in (no one was hurt and it wasn't my fault, but the car was damaged and I've spent a lot of time on the phone with the insurance company, etc. as a result), coupled with some other possibilities looming on the horizon which could mean some big changes (and really good changes!) for our family in the next few weeks, I've not been in a state of mind to blog much this week.

Thank you for being patient with me as I take care of things here on the homefront and process all that's going on. I hope to be able to share more soon of how God is working in our lives and directing and providing for us--it's been an exciting week!

In the mean time, I'm afraid I have no frugal thoughts to share with you today. Well wait, I sort of have one: Have you gotten your ebook package yet?

So help me out here, make up for my lack of wise words with your frugal links below!

Remember to keep it family-friendly and to post directly to your blog post, not to your blog homepage. If you don't have a blog, you are welcome to leave your tips in the comments section. Thanks so much for participating!

Thank you for your FABULOUS Ebook sale. Though your blog has been quiet - after downloading all the material I have quite enough to keep me occupied!

Glad to hear that no one was hurt in the accident and we will keep your family in our prayers!

I hope that the changes you mentioned are positive and not something to worry over. I'll pray for you, Jesse & the kids.

Kara: I realized I should have clarified that the changes I referred to are *really good* changes. There have been a lot of answers to prayer and exciting things happening in our home this week; it's just been unexpected and a lot to process and wrap my head around at once! Hopefully I can share more soon... waiting for the "dust to settle"!

I'm glad that the accident wasn't anything major! And thank you so much for your encouraging words on my site, and your offers to help. I may take you up on that sometime! I've really been thinking about writing an ebook... maybe soon. I hope that these good things coming to your home bless you tremendously!! Thanks for all you do. You are such a blessing to me, and I've been truly enjoying your ebooks!

I'm glad no one was hurt in your accident. Car accidents are so scary!

One thing you may not know that I learned from a CPST tech is that after any car accident, if any children's carseats were in the car, they need to be replaced. Most often insurance will pay for them. The forces in an accident, even a minor one, can cause unseen damage which could possibly lead to carseat failure in a future accident. I just want your girls to be safe!

Hi Crystal,

I just ordered the e-Book package and am so excited. After my husband gets home from work today, we're going to listen to the supermarket savings audio files (he's the grocery shopper because HE LOVES IT!). Thank you for this fabulous offer.

I second the carseat issue - this is just nonnegotiable. Insist to the insurance company that they replace the seats with the same seat or similarly rated seats.

Also...Don't apologize for being absent, girl! People in the Blogworld seem to think it a RIGHT to read someone's blog, and that they have every right to be upset if the blog owner doesn't post for a while - they don't! You have a life outside of blogging, and you gotta take care of things, KWIM?

Good luck with the 'Good' developments - we put an offer on a condo on Thursday, and the owners countered, so say prayers for us that they just accept our counter to their counter (wrap your head around THAT! heheheh!:)
