Ha ha. You are so sneaky with the hints. The last time you asked about tips for dealing with two kids...and I scratched my head a while before the AHA! moment. This time it didn't take as long...I recognize the subtle Crystal hint :-)

Congrats!!!!! And I wish you and your growing family all the best!

Crystal--

Congrats to you! What wonderful news!

This is *perfect timing* for me as a reader, as I am 8 weeks pregnant with number 4 and struggling with intense nausea all day.

I would love to know if you experience fatigue and nausea, and how you manage to keep cooking, keep up with your home, etc. I am feeling quite guilty because I am so sick all the time. The house is falling apart, I am asking hubby to bring food home often, and I just have very little energy.

I would love any encouragement you could offer.

I know I experienced versions of this in every pregnancy (where the symptoms peaked at 6-9 weeks and then diminished) but it always seems overwhelming when I am in the midst of it!

Again, blessings to you! We have two daughters and a son...what a blessing three has been!

9:25 AM
Blogger Sarah said...

Congrats Crystal!! I had the feeling you might be pregnant for some reason. :-)

May God bless your pregnancy and give you all the strength you need and more. It can certainly be overwhelming at times, but just remember to take it one day at a time.

The pictures of your little girls are so adorable!

Congratulations from a long-time reader! Can I ask a personal question (it's respectful, I promise)? I know you allow God to plan your family, and you seem to have such a joyful attitude about each pregnancy. Do you ever get nervous or scared? I don't mean this comment to cast any negativity on such a wonderful time for you; I just admire your immense trust in God. So few people I know -- even Christians -- are able to give up control in this area of their lives.

I have been a faithful reader since 1/07, and look forward to going through a whole pregnancy with you on this blog!

God's richest blessings for your family. As a mother of three under three in a little over three years of marriage, I know how scary this can be. While our third, Charlotte, was the biggest adjustment, I also believe that God has taught me amazingly wonderful things and blessed our family with a great gift in her.

Good luck,
